Payment

A deposit of 50% of the booking amount, excluding cleaning fees and tourist tax, is required at the time of booking. To be paid by bank transfer. The balance must be paid 45 days before the arrival date at La Borie d’Asplat.
For bookings made less than 45 days before the arrival date, the full booking amount must be paid in one instalment.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation

• three months before the arrival date: the booking is fully refundable.
• between three months and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the booking amount is refundable.
• less than 30 days before the arrival date: the booking is non-refundable.

The tourist tax and cleaning fees, if they have already been paid, are always refunded.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €2,000 is required for the duration of the stay. This is an online security deposit managed by Swikly.

Insurance certificate

The guest will provide a valid Civil liability – Holiday rental insurance certificate issued by their insurer.
