Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount, excluding cleaning fees and tourist tax, is required at the time of booking. It must be paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the arrival date at La Borie d’Asplat.
If the booking is made less than 45 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation must be paid in a single installment.

Non‑refundable rate

A non‑refundable rate is available with a 10% discount on the total price of the stay (excluding cleaning fees and tourist tax).
By choosing this rate, the guest agrees that the full amount of the reservation is due upon confirmation, with no possibility of cancellation, modification, or refund, regardless of the date of the request.
The non‑refundable rate is available only for bookings of at least 7 nights, made up to 120 days before the arrival date. After this period, only the standard rate is offered.

Cancellation (standard rate)

In case of cancellation

• more than 3 months before the arrival date: the reservation is fully refundable.
• between 3 months and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the booking amount is refundable.
• less than 30 days before the arrival date: the booking is non-refundable.

The tourist tax and cleaning fees, if they have already been paid, are always refunded.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €2,000 is required for the duration of the stay. This is an online security deposit managed by Swikly.

Insurance certificate

The guest shall provide a valid Liability – Holiday Accommodation insurance certificate issued by their insurer.
