How do I manage bookings?
Step by step
- Select your accommodation, choose any additional services, and complete the form below.
- Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email. It will include the payment instructions as well as a standard contract.
- A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to finalize your booking.
- I will set up a security deposit using the Swikly service.
- The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 45 days before your arrival.
- A few weeks before your arrival date, I will contact you to finalize the details of your stay.

Non-Refundable Rate
A non‑refundable rate is available with the following conditions:
- 10% discount on the nightly rate
- Minimum stay of 7 nights
- Full payment required at the time of booking
- No refund in case of cancellation, except for cleaning fees and tourist tax
- Rate available up to 4 months before arrival
